Absolutely no cancellation fees. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know, we will provide a full refund with no cancellation fee.

If your flight is disrupted and you book on an alternative flight within 72 hours, we will move your booking, along with the rates and conditions of your original booking, to coincide with your new travel dates.

Flights cancelled or delayed while on holiday?

If you are in resort and your flight is cancelled, we will extend your rental at the same daily rate you made your booking until the first available flight. Just call us to let us know your plans.

We’ll also help do everything we can to assist you getting home with our one-way rental service. We will only charge a one-way drop off charge based on distance travelled and the cost of repatriating a car to its home country.
